Unlike many other bloggers, I would rather not reinvent the wheel, so here are the people that made it happen first. These are some of the best resources out there for training programs and nutrition for rock climbers. If you come across one that you love please reach out to me and share. I would love to add more training resources to this list.

I do a lot of cross training for my climbing training but my favorite cross training methos is Gymnast rings. I got my garage climbing training dojo set up and am stoked on it. I have a versatile climbing wall with varying angle system. Its awesome! and for cross trainging i have rings set up for suspenntion training.

Grab yourself some rings cheap online, there is tons to choose from.

Rock Climber Cross Training – Gymanst Ring Workouts

My workouts are changed up often. I do not like to develop a pattern that my body gets to used to. Below is simply a list of moves I keep on my mind as I work through my training. If you do not know the form of the move a quick search on google should be able to find you someone better then me that has made you a video or step by step photo gallery of the moves.

I recommend to choose 2-4 moves to do at three varying ring heights for 3 sets each (set your reps depending on your current strength).
